About the role
We are looking for warm‑hearted, adaptable and driven female Extra Care Support Workers to join our brand‑new Extra Care Service in Hattersley, Tameside. You will help older adults enjoy a vibrant, independent lifestyle by providing respectful personal care and emotional support.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver respectful personal care and practical assistance to clients.
- Provide emotional support and encourage an active, fulfilling lifestyle.
- Promote independence and enhance quality of life for each client.
- Collaborate with clients, families and other professionals to ensure coordinated service.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
Required profile
- Female applicants (occupational requirement under Equality Act 2010).
- Warm, caring and respectful personality.
- Adaptable, driven and able to work flexible shifts.
- Eligible to work in the UK and based in the UK.
