Female Support Worker – Residential Care (Painswick, Stroud)

About the role

Voyage Care is seeking caring female Support Workers to join its residential service in Painswick, near Stroud. You will help service users gain independence, enjoy daily activities and feel valued in a friendly, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Teach and support the development of new life‑skills.
• Encourage participation in community activities, outings and social events.
• Deliver activities such as swimming, gardening, arts & crafts, bike rides and sensory sessions.
• Follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Resilient, flexible and composed under pressure.
• Experience working with individuals who need enhanced support.
• Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, Monday‑Sunday, 8 am‑8:30 pm.
