Female Support Worker – Waking Nights

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to join our residential service in Sevenoaks on waking night shifts (10 pm – 7 am). The role involves providing person‑centred care to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, epilepsy, communication difficulties, and those on end‑of‑life pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Support individuals to live as independently as possible and enjoy daily activities.
• Facilitate social connections with family, friends and the local community.
• Assist with personal finances, household tasks and accompany service users on shopping trips.
• Deliver respectful, dignified personal care tailored to individual preferences.
• Promote wellbeing by creating moments of joy and personal achievement.

Required profile

• Female candidate with a caring and people‑oriented attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel to shifts.
• Commitment to work night shifts (10 pm – 7 am) on a full‑time basis (39 hours per week).
• Willingness to undergo a fully paid enhanced DBS check.
