Fertility Care Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and organised Fertility Care Coordinator to join a leading private women's health and fertility service in West London. The role is ideal for a registered Midwife or a nurse with experience supporting patients through fertility journeys, providing both clinical and emotional guidance. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry to treatment coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated point of contact for fertility patients, offering clear, empathetic guidance and ensuring they have all information needed to make informed decisions.
• Coordinate patient pathways across clinical, nursing and laboratory teams, scheduling appointments and treatment cycles efficiently.
• Process treatment plans, prepare costings, monitor timelines and proactively resolve any delays to maintain high‑quality care.
• Respond to patient enquiries via phone, email and online platforms, delivering a professional and personalised service.
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensure compliance with regulatory, safeguarding and data protection requirements, and complete mandatory training.

Required profile

• Registered Midwives (NMC registered) or equivalent women's health nurses.
• Fertility nurses or healthcare professionals with experience supporting IVF, reproductive health or assisted conception patients.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities with a focus on empathy.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
