Festive Retail Sales Assistant (3‑month contract)

About the role

Join Nespresso’s boutique in Leeds for a three‑month festive season contract, delivering premium coffee experiences to customers. You will act as a brand ambassador, greeting guests, advising on product selection and ensuring a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the busy holiday period.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the boutique each shift by stocking shelves, keeping displays clean and maintaining the Nespresso image.
• Greet customers with a friendly smile, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Engage shoppers, answer product queries and guide them to the coffee that best fits their taste.
• Collaborate with teammates to manage store flow, handle transactions and support one another during peak times.
• Monitor stock levels on the floor and replenish items to guarantee a seamless shopping experience.
• Review daily sales figures and customer feedback, setting personal goals for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• A genuine curiosity to learn about coffee and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus, demonstrating ability to interact with diverse customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours during the festive period.
