About the role
Join Nespresso at Selfridges for a festive, three‑month fixed‑term position where you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional coffee‑related service to customers during the busy holiday season.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the team to ensure the boutique is stocked, clean and inviting, maintaining the Nespresso image.
- Greet guests with a warm smile as they enter the boutique.
- Actively engage with customers, guiding them in product selection and answering inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to manage store operations and customer flow.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels on shelves to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Review daily sales and customer feedback and set personal goals.
Required profile
- Curiosity to learn and deliver exceptional service.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to personalize the customer experience and provide luxury service.
