About the role
Join Nespresso’s Covent Garden boutique for the festive season as a Retail Sales Assistant. You will act as a brand ambassador, welcoming and advising customers while delivering the high standards of service expected during the busy Christmas period.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the boutique is stocked, clean and inviting, maintaining the Nespresso image.
- Greet guests with a warm smile as they enter the boutique.
- Actively engage with customers, guiding them in product selection and answering inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to manage store operations and customer flow.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels on shelves to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Review daily sales and customer feedback, setting personal goals for improvement.
Required profile
- Curiosity to learn and deliver exceptional service as a brand ambassador.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
- Charismatic with strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
- Ability to personalize the customer experience and provide luxury service.
