F‑Gas Trainer & Assessor – Full Training Provided

About the role

This permanent position is for an experienced Refrigeration and Air‑Conditioning Engineer who wants to transition from field work to delivering high‑quality F‑Gas and ODS training. You will teach both practical and classroom sessions, guiding learners through legislation, safe refrigerant handling and certification pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver practical and classroom‑based training on F‑Gas and ODS regulations.
• Teach refrigerant handling, leak detection, pressure testing and pipework brazing.
• Assess learners working towards Category 1‑4 F‑Gas certifications.
• Support apprentices and experienced engineers throughout their qualification process.
• Explain environmental responsibilities and safe working practices.

Required profile

• Current or recent experience in refrigeration and air‑conditioning engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of F‑Gas and ODS legislation.
• Industry credibility and a genuine desire to develop others.
• Teaching or assessing experience is not required – full training will be provided.
