Fibre Delivery Supervisor – FTTP (London M25)

About the role

We are seeking two Fibre Delivery Supervisors to lead up to ten teams of FTTP/FTTH engineers delivering final‑mile connections across the London M25 area. The role focuses on overseeing pole‑to‑property installations for a major broadband provider.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate up to ten two‑person van teams of subcontracted engineers.
• Ensure timely completion of final fibre connections from pole to customer premises.
• Monitor performance, health & safety compliance and quality standards.
• Liaise with the client to report progress and resolve issues.
• Manage schedules, resources and documentation for each project.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Fibre Delivery Supervisor or as a senior FTTH engineer seeking a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of FTTP/FTTH delivery processes.
• Ability to manage subcontractor teams and maintain high service standards.
• Based in or willing to work in the London M25 region.

What we offer

• Salary £36,000 rising to £38,000 after six‑month probation.
