About the role
We are looking for an experienced Fibre Engineer / Splicer to join our team on new‑build multi‑dwelling unit (MDU) projects across London. The role focuses on single‑fibre splicing and delivering FTTH services through integrated reception systems (IRS).
Key responsibilities
- Perform single‑fibre splicing on new‑build MDU sites.
- Splice and terminate up to 96‑core fibre optic cables on distribution nodes.
- Install and test integrated reception systems for TV, radio and broadband.
- Maintain accurate records of splicing work and cable inventories.
- Travel between sites using a company‑provided van and claim travel expenses.
Required profile
- Proven experience in fibre splicing, preferably in FTTH or MDU environments.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- ECS / CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one) as work is carried out on construction sites.
- Flexibility to work across various locations in London.
Required skills
- Fibre splicing (single‑fibre and multi‑core up to 96‑core).
- Knowledge of FTTH delivery and integrated reception systems.

- Permanent PAYE contract with a salary of £30,000‑£35,000 per year.
