Field Agent – Debt Collection

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join a leading UK debt‑resolution company as Field Agents. You will work on‑site, meeting residential and commercial customers to discuss and resolve outstanding utility debts.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers by pre‑arranged appointment or warrant to discuss their debt situation.
• Explain repayment options and help customers satisfy their outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth debt‑recovery processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in field debt collection or a policing role.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle (car allowance provided).
• No County Court Judgments or bankruptcies.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
• Comfortable speaking with people in their homes about financial matters.

• Competitive salary ranging from £34,000 to £40,000 per year.
