Field Based Brand Ambassador

About the role

We are seeking a confident, energetic Field Based Brand Ambassador to promote a premium food brand across the M25 region. You will work independently, visiting pre‑planned businesses, delivering product samples and generating high‑quality leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned locations across the M25 area using company routes and navigation apps.
• Introduce the brand professionally to prospective cafés, delis, retailers and family‑focused venues.
• Deliver product samples to decision‑makers and gather accurate contact details.
• Record visit outcomes and notes in the CRM system.
• Build rapport and create positive first impressions to support lead generation.
• Manage your daily schedule efficiently while working independently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer‑facing, field sales or promotional role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, organised and detail‑oriented.
• Full clean UK driving licence and aged 25 or over.
• Willingness to travel across the M25 area daily.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Ability to use navigation applications such as Google Maps.
