Field Care Supervisor – Live‑in Care

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Field Care Supervisor to lead our Live‑in Care service across Surrey and South West London. Based at our Surrey office, you will travel to client homes, overseeing complex, high‑dependency care and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and audit care quality, review care plans and conduct regular audits.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, families and external professionals, providing clear communication and support.
• Coordinate the wider circle of care, including healthcare professionals and social workers.
• Support, coach and supervise live‑in care professionals handling complex needs.
• Lead compliance, safeguarding and incident management within a regulated framework.
• Assist business development through client consultations and onboarding activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in domiciliary care, especially with complex, high‑dependency clients.
• Strong knowledge of dementia, end‑of‑life or other complex health conditions.
• Understanding of person‑centred care, quality assurance and care regulation.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to lead, inspire and support care teams.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
