Field Care Supervisor – Team Leader (Greater Manchester)

About the role

IBC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to lead a team of support workers delivering high‑quality care to adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex conditions across Greater Manchester. You will travel between service sites, ensure compliance with CQC standards and foster community involvement for service users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support to adults with learning, physical and complex needs in supported living settings.
• Lead by example, maintaining person‑centred care plans and CQC compliance.
• Travel across Greater Manchester to support staff and service users.
• Oversee daily operations, including staff supervision, rota management and compliance checks.
• Motivate and develop a team of support workers to deliver outstanding care.

Required profile

• Natural leader who can motivate and support a team effectively.
• Passionate, empathetic and committed to making a genuine impact.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to make confident decisions independently.
• Organised, detail‑oriented with experience in supervision and rota planning.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle for travel between sites.
• Eagerness to learn, develop and take on new challenges.
