Field Interviewer – South East London

About the role

As a Field Interviewer you will visit households across South East London to conduct face‑to‑face research interviews on topics such as health, housing and transport. Using a tablet or laptop you will guide conversations that capture real experiences of daily life in Britain.

Key responsibilities

• Knock on doors and introduce yourself to residents who have been pre‑notified of the study.
• Conduct structured interviews on a tablet or laptop, ensuring accurate data capture.
• Record travel time and mileage in line with company policy.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout each visit.

Required profile

• Valid UK driving licence and sole use of a car.
• Class 1 business insurance for the vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK and willingness to complete a DBS check.
• Reliable home broadband and a laptop or tablet with a camera.
• At least 18 hours per week availability, with flexibility for weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Comfortable using basic technology (tablet or laptop) for data entry.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

What we offer

• £20‑£30 per interview, plus admin fees, holiday pay and travel allowances.
• Average hourly rate of about £15.12, higher for experienced interviewers.
• £250 performance bonuses after launch, two months and four months.
• Flexible part‑time hours that can fit around other commitments.
