Field Interviewer – West London

About the role

As a Field Interviewer you will visit households in West London to conduct face‑to‑face research interviews on topics such as health, housing and transport. Using a tablet or laptop you will guide conversations that capture real‑world experiences, helping to shape public policy.

Key responsibilities

• Knock on doors and introduce yourself to residents who have been pre‑notified of the study.
• Conduct structured interviews using a digital device, ensuring accurate data capture.
• Record travel time and mileage in line with company policy.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout each visit.

Required profile

• Valid UK driving licence and sole use of a car with Class 1 business insurance.
• Right to work in the UK and willingness to complete a DBS check.
• Reliable home broadband and a laptop or tablet with a camera.
• At least 18 hours per week availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.

• Comfortable using basic technology (tablet or laptop).

What we offer

• £20‑£30 per interview plus admin fees, holiday pay and travel reimbursements.
• Average hourly rate around £15.12, with bonuses after launch and at two‑month intervals.
