Field Market Research Interviewer – Paid per Shift (Car Required)

About the role

Join Ipsos as a Field Market Research Interviewer and help improve public transport across the UK. You will work on assigned bus routes, stops or stations, collecting valuable passenger feedback using a tablet and survey materials. The role offers flexible, part‑time shifts that fit around other commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Approach passengers at bus stops, stations or on buses and invite them to take a short survey.
• Ask a set of structured questions and accurately record responses using a tablet.
• Capture feedback on journey experience and, when required, count passenger footfall.
• Complete each shift independently, following the assigned route or location.

Required profile

• Confident speaking to members of the public.
• Comfortable working independently in various locations.
• Motivated and resilient, even when response rates are low.
• Full driving licence and access to a car for travel to the survey area.
• Willingness to work flexible, part‑time shifts, including early starts.

Required skills
