Field Marketing Manager

About the role

Rogo is seeking a dynamic and strategic Field Marketing Manager to expand brand reach and shape the company’s field strategy during a period of rapid growth. The role will design and execute high‑impact, high‑touch events that raise awareness and strengthen Rogo’s presence across the finance industry in key domestic and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own an event strategy covering conferences, trade shows, panels, roundtables, fireside chats, VIP experiences, dinners, happy hours, partner events, brand activations, product launches and employer branding events.
• Design and run a complementary virtual event program including webinars and virtual activations.
• Manage all event logistics – vendor sourcing, budgeting, attendee management and on‑site execution.
• Implement standardized lead capture and post‑event follow‑up processes to maximise ROI.
• Maintain an ongoing event budget and report outcomes for individual events and the broader field‑marketing roadmap.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product and senior stakeholders to support major initiatives while ensuring brand consistency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of field or event marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, institutional finance, fintech or AI.
• Proven track record of planning and delivering both in‑person and virtual events that generate pipeline and brand awareness.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex programs simultaneously.
• Comfort thriving in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and adapting to ambiguous situations.
• Ability to switch quickly between reactive executive placement and proactive end‑to‑end event ownership.
