About the role
We are seeking a Field Project Operations Manager to lead small specialist teams delivering façade restoration and building maintenance projects across London. The role blends project management, people leadership, client liaison and administration to ensure safe, high‑quality outcomes for iconic buildings.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate teams of 2‑4 specialists on site.
- Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, from planning to completion.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure outstanding service.
- Manage project administration, reporting and IT systems.
- Coordinate health and safety compliance and risk assessments.
- Prepare schedules, budgets and progress updates.
Required profile
- Background in office, operations, facilities or commercial property management.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Proven ability to lead small teams and resolve conflicts.
- Experience with project planning and health‑and‑safety procedures.
