Field Sales Account Manager – South Construction

About the role
We are looking for a Field Sales Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of long‑standing merchant relationships for a leading manufacturer of high‑grade construction products. The company, established for over 20 years, is renowned for quality, product innovation and excellent customer service. The role is field‑based, covering the South of England, and offers full training and a clear progression path.
Key responsibilities
- Account management of existing clients, representing 95% of the role.
- Develop and grow business within established merchant relationships.
- Maintain strong relationships with builders’ merchants and ensure product availability.
Required profile
- Open to candidates with little or no prior field‑sales experience.
- Full training and support provided, with a clear career progression.
- Willingness to travel across the South region.
What we offer
- Basic salary £35,000 per year.
- On‑target earnings up to £45,000.
