Field Sales Brand Representative – Edinburgh

About the role

We are seeking a Field Sales Brand Representative for a leading FMCG company in Edinburgh. You will be the face of the brand, building retailer relationships, supporting product launches and driving sales across vape shops, wholesalers and regional chains.

Key responsibilities

• Visit vape shops, wholesalers and regional chain stores to deliver in‑store activations, demos and launch days.
• Act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, educating retailers on product features, flavour profiles, compliance and key selling points.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and provide POS, merchandising support and staff training.
• Gather retailer and consumer feedback and report insights.
• Attend trade shows, expos and industry events to promote the brand.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence to work independently in a field‑based role.
• Organised, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential).

Required skills

What we offer

• £28,000 base salary per annum.
• £5,000 car allowance plus mileage reimbursement.
• Performance‑based bonus up to 20%.
