Field Sales Consultant – Renewable Energy

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing renewable‑energy installer to recruit a Field Sales Consultant for the East Anglia region. You will meet pre‑qualified homeowners, conduct property surveys and propose tailored renewable‑energy solutions that lower bills and add value to homes.

Key responsibilities

• Attend a full diary of pre‑booked appointments across East Anglia, with all lead generation handled by the office team.
• Carry out detailed property surveys to determine the most suitable and cost‑effective renewable‑energy system.
• Build trust with homeowners, present customised recommendations and explain benefits clearly.
• Prepare and deliver compelling quotations, guide customers through options and close high‑value sales.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes, keep the sales pipeline active and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with office and technical teams to ensure a seamless journey from survey to installation.

Required profile

• Proven track record in high‑value B2C field sales, comfortable closing deals of £10,000 +.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, able to engage homeowners in their homes.
• Commercially driven, self‑motivated and eager to earn based on performance.
• Highly organised, able to manage a full diary and take ownership of the sales process.

Required skills

• Experience conducting property surveys and presenting technical solutions.
• Ability to use a CRM system to record notes and manage the sales pipeline.
