Field Sales Consultant (Solar/Warm Leads)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Consultant to generate and close sales from warm leads for solar PV installations across the South West. You will work directly with homeowners and businesses, advising them on system design, product options and pricing, and securing contracts on site.
Key responsibilities
- Meet pre‑set warm leads and consult with potential customers at scheduled appointments.
- Present and walk clients through Solar PV system designs and product recommendations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close sales deals.
Required profile
- Background as a salesperson, solar electrician or similar with experience selling or working with Solar PV.
- Willingness to cover a territory that includes Exeter, Plymouth and surrounding areas.
- Valid full‑UK driving licence.
What we offer
- Base salary £30,000‑£40,000 per year plus OTE up to £60,000.
- Generous commission and bonus structure.
