Field Sales Executive – Broadband Services

About the role

We are expanding our broadband network across rural towns in Northern England and Scotland and need energetic field sales professionals to bring full‑fibre connectivity to homes and businesses. As a Field Sales Executive you will work directly with customers, promoting our high‑speed broadband solutions and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door sales in territories linked to our full‑fibre network.
• Generate, manage and convert a robust pipeline of leads.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
• Plan daily routes to maximise customer interactions.
• Deliver clear, informative conversations about products and services.
• Sell responsibly to minimise cancellations and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and other sales applications.
• Act as the local expert, sharing market insights and competitor information.

Required profile

• Proven success in customer‑facing, target‑driven sales roles (field sales, door‑to‑door, retail, utilities, promotions).
• Resilient, confident and positive mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
