Field Sales Executive

About the role

Join a fast‑growing broadband provider focused on bringing full‑fibre connectivity to rural towns across Northern England and Scotland. As a Field Sales Executive you will work directly with households and businesses, delivering face‑to‑face consultations and driving new customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door sales visits within your assigned territory.
• Build, manage and convert a strong pipeline of leads.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and OTE.
• Plan daily routes to maximise customer interactions.
• Hold high‑quality, informative conversations about broadband products and services.
• Sell responsibly and transparently to minimise cancellations.
• Identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales applications.
• Act as a local expert, sharing insights on competitors and market conditions.

Required profile

• Proven success in customer‑facing, target‑driven sales roles (field sales, door‑to‑door, retail, utilities, promotions).
• Resilience, confidence and a positive mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
