Field Sales Executive – Residential Services

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our residential home‑internet team in Glasgow (or Edinburgh). You will meet customers at their homes, introduce our broadband and communication services and act as a brand ambassador.

Key responsibilities

• Visit a scheduled list of residential prospects each day and present product offers.
• Explain service benefits, pricing and contract terms clearly.
• Achieve reasonable sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Record interactions and update sales records accurately.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team and attend training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Positive attitude, high work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working to targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Own a vehicle is helpful but not mandatory.

• Basic salary of £28,000 per year plus uncapped commission (OTE up to £60,000+).
