Field Sales Fundraiser (Public Donation Specialist)

About the role

Charity Link is looking for enthusiastic field sales fundraisers to represent some of the UK’s most respected charities. You will engage directly with the public, encouraging them to become regular donors or sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Approach members of the public in high‑traffic locations and explain the mission of partner charities.
• Secure regular donations or sponsorships through face‑to‑face conversations.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and commitments.
• Meet or exceed personal and team fundraising targets.

Required profile

• Confident, optimistic and resilient with strong communication abilities.
• Comfortable working outdoors and handling a variety of public interactions.
• Willingness to undergo comprehensive training and follow best practices.

Required skills

• Effective verbal communication.
• Ability to build rapport quickly.
• Basic numeracy for handling donation amounts.
