Field Sales Representative - Emergency Services

About the role

Join Tenstar Simulation as a remote Field Sales Representative focused on the emergency services sector. You will be responsible for promoting our simulation‑based training tools to police, ambulance, fire and rescue organisations across the UK, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers in the emergency services market.
• Conduct product demonstrations, site visits and trade‑fair participation.
• Prepare customised quotations and solutions using product knowledge.
• Negotiate and close deals, then support customers through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the international sales team and manager to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in emergency services or similar operational roles (police, ambulance, fire & rescue).
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and comfortable working remotely.
• Proven ability to manage the complete sales process.
