Field Sales Representative

About the role

You will be the face of a fast‑growing full‑fibre broadband provider across rural Scotland and Northern England. Working directly with households, you will promote high‑speed connectivity, build relationships and help close sales in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door sales within active network areas.
• Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Achieve and consistently exceed personal sales targets and OTE.
• Plan daily routes to maximise customer interactions.
• Deliver clear, transparent presentations of full‑fibre services.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities while minimising cancellations.
• Keep CRM data (HubSpot, PSI) accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Provide market insights and competitor activity reports.

Required profile

• Proven record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Experience in customer‑facing sales such as door‑to‑door, retail, utilities or promotions.
• Resilient, positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build trust quickly.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
