Field Sales Representative – Manchester

About the role

Flatpay is one of Europe’s fastest‑growing fintech companies and has just launched in the UK. We are building an ambitious field sales team to help local businesses simplify card payments. As a Field Sales Representative you will meet merchants, demonstrate our solution and grow your own pipeline across the Manchester area.

Key responsibilities

• Attend pre‑booked appointments with local businesses to showcase Flatpay’s payment solutions and convert opportunities into customers.
• Generate your own pipeline through referrals, networking and local prospecting.
• Understand each merchant’s needs and recommend the most suitable solution.
• Deliver and install payment terminals for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records.
• Build long‑term relationships by delivering an excellent customer experience and sharing market insights with internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with resilience to work towards ambitious goals.
• Organised and confident managing your own territory.
• Customer‑focused with a consultative selling approach.
• Commercially minded with strong problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer

• Commission‑only role with a guaranteed minimum payment of £60,000–£70,000 OTE.
