Field Sales Representative — Reading, Oxford & Surrey

About the role

Flatpay is a fast‑growing fintech that has recently launched in the UK and is expanding its sales team. As a Field Sales Representative you will cover the Reading, Oxford and Surrey area, meeting local businesses to showcase Flatpay’s payment solutions. The role is commission‑only with a guaranteed minimum earnings of £60,000‑£70,000 OTE and uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Attend pre‑booked appointments with local businesses to demonstrate Flatpay’s payment solutions and convert opportunities into customers.
• Generate your own pipeline through referrals, networking and local prospecting.
• Understand each merchant’s needs and recommend the most suitable solution.
• Deliver and install payment terminals for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Build long‑term customer relationships by delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with Sales Development, Marketing and Product teams.

• Commercially minded with strong problem‑solving abilities.
