Field Sales Representative – Red Bull Brand Ambassador

About the role

Join Acosta Europe as a Field Sales Representative (known as a "Striker") and become the face of Red Bull across the UK. You will drive brand awareness, increase sales, and build strong relationships with retailers in your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Visit independent retailers and major stores on a regular call cycle.
• Deliver world‑class customer service and meet daily/weekly distribution, availability and visibility targets.
• Negotiate additional shelf space, set up incremental displays and execute in‑store activations.
• Conduct compliance audits, ensure correct pricing and product placement on chillers and fixtures.
• Capture high‑quality photos and record activity data accurately.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor insights and feedback on promotional performance.
• Analyse sales and intervention data to drive actions and optimise visit frequency.
• Manage journey plans and ensure POS and promotional material are stocked.
