Field Sales Representative – Red Bull Grocery (Bristol South)

About the role

Join Acosta Europe’s Impulse team as a Field Sales Representative for Red Bull Grocery in Bristol South. You will own a territory, build relationships with in‑store decision makers and drive the brand’s visibility and sales directly on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Own relationships with key in‑store decision makers and influence range, availability and promotional execution.
• Win prime shelf space, secondary displays and extra shelf placements.
• Execute high‑impact merchandising and brand activations.
• Use data and insight to prioritise high‑value stores and plan visits.
• Identify gaps, resolve issues and maximise every store visit.
• Report activity accurately and provide market insight.
• Compete to achieve targets and earn performance‑based rewards.

Required profile

• A natural influencer with strong commercial instincts.
• Target‑driven, competitive and resilient.
• Confident communicating with staff at all levels, from shop assistants to managers.
• Organised, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Full UK manual driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile reporting tools and basic IT applications.
