Field Sales Representative – Red Bull QSR (Greater Manchester West)

About the role

Join Acosta Europe as a Field Sales Representative for Red Bull Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) in Greater Manchester West. You will own a territory, build relationships with in‑store decision makers, and drive sales of an iconic brand directly on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Own relationships with key in‑store decision makers and influence range, availability and promotional execution.
• Win prime shelf space, secondary displays and extra shelf space to maximise visibility.
• Execute high‑impact merchandising, brand activations and promotional activities.
• Use data and insight to prioritise high‑value stores and plan visits.
• Identify gaps, resolve issues and maximise every store visit.
• Report activity accurately and provide market insight.
• Compete for top performance and receive rewards for results.
• Provide flexible support across territories and channels during peak periods, launches and key initiatives.

Required profile

• Natural influencer with strong commercial instincts.
• Target‑driven, competitive and resilient.
• Confident communicating with store staff and managers.
• Organised, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Attitude, hunger and drive are essential; retail or FMCG experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
