About the role
Join a global facilities management business as a Field Service Coordinator, supporting a large technical service operation. This graduate position involves coordinating HVAC engineers, scheduling jobs and ensuring efficient service delivery to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC engineers to customer sites
- Manage incoming service requests and prioritise jobs
- Coordinate engineer diaries, appointments and workloads
- Keep customers updated throughout the service process
- Liaise with engineers to ensure jobs are completed on time
- Track jobs against agreed SLAs and escalate issues where required
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems
- Support the wider operations and customer service teams
Required profile
- Graduate – essential
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with systems and data
- Proactive, energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident coordinating multiple stakeholders
