About the role
Join Costa Coffee as a Field Service Engineer in Birmingham, responsible for maintaining and servicing Costa Express equipment across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose faults and repair or replace equipment to ensure customers enjoy their coffee.
- Communicate issues, problems and solutions through appropriate escalation points.
- Provide first‑class customer service to partners, delivering a positive experience.
Required profile
- Agile worker with experience using service equipment in an electrical or mechanical capacity.
Required skills
- Electrical troubleshooting

- Fault diagnosis
