Field Service Engineer – Full Product Training & Benefits

About the role

This home‑based position is based in Bedford and involves travelling to a variety of client sites to service, maintain and repair state‑of‑the‑art equipment. You will receive full specialist training, enabling you to develop your mechanical and electrical engineering skills while working within a local patch.

Key responsibilities

• Perform servicing, maintenance and repair of niche industrial equipment.
• Travel door‑to‑door across the assigned area, adhering to scheduled appointments.
• Document service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Utilise company van and fuel card for site visits.
• Take advantage of guaranteed overtime to increase earnings.

Required profile

• Experience in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
• Valid full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to undergo full specialist training.
• Ability to work independently and manage a local service patch.
