Field Service Engineer – Home based covering Bedford

About the role

This is a full‑time, home‑based position based in Bedfordshire, supporting a local patch of client sites. You will be trained to service and maintain petrol forecourt equipment, travelling door‑to‑door across Bedford and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled service and reactive maintenance on petrol forecourt equipment at client locations.
• Manage your own diary and plan visits within a defined local patch.
• Provide a 1‑in‑5 weekend cover rota with guaranteed pay.
• Maintain accurate service records and report any issues to the technical team.

Required profile

• Mechanical engineering background or equivalent experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Desire for industry‑leading training and career progression.

Required skills

• Service and maintenance of petrol forecourt equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diary.
