About the role
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to support Costa Coffee’s Express equipment across the Hull postcode area. The role involves diagnosing, repairing and maintaining coffee machines to ensure customers enjoy their coffee.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose faults and repair or replace equipment in the assigned patch.
- Communicate issues and solutions through appropriate escalation channels.
- Provide first‑class customer service to our partners.
Required profile
- Experience working with service equipment in an electrical or mechanical engineering capacity.
- Ability to work independently and manage a geographic patch.
- Based within the specified Hull postcodes.
