Field Service Engineer

About the role

This hands‑on, field‑based position offers variety every day, allowing you to apply your electrical and electro‑mechanical expertise within a fast‑growing company. You will work directly with customers, installing, servicing and repairing commercial coffee machines across a regional patch.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service and repair commercial coffee machines on client sites.
• Deliver basic demonstrations and handovers to customers.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
• Manage your own schedule across the assigned region.
• Work one weekend day on a rota basis, with a day off in lieu.

Required profile

• Electrical or electro‑mechanical experience with equipment such as coffee machines, vending machines, white goods, arcade or catering equipment.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work independently.
