Field Service Engineer – Sustainable Technology

About the role

Join a pioneering company that designs cutting‑edge reverse‑vending machines and deposit‑return solutions. As a Field Service Engineer you will ensure that these sustainable technologies operate flawlessly at client sites across the South East.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and maintain reverse‑vending machines at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and software issues on‑site.
• Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to feed back performance data and suggest improvements.
• Provide technical support and training to clients during hand‑over.
• Travel regularly within the region, using a company‑provided van.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with industrial equipment and automated systems.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and willingness to travel frequently.
• Passion for sustainability and innovative technology.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with customers.
