Field Service Engineer – Swimming Pool & Wellness Systems

About the role

Join a fast‑growing specialist team delivering on‑site support for swimming pool, spa and wellness equipment across Scotland. You will work closely with the Service Management team to ensure facilities remain safe, compliant and fully operational.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and service swimming pool, spa and thermal wellness plant equipment.
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and perform both preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Provide high‑quality customer service on‑site and communicate findings clearly.
• Offer feedback and recommendations to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proactive, hands‑on engineer comfortable working in a field‑based environment.
• Experience in a similar field service role, preferably within water treatment, leisure or related sectors.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Electrical qualifications (18th Edition desirable).
