Field Service Technician – Electrical (UK)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Service Technician with an electrical background to join a fast‑growing service team. You will be based at home and travel across the North of England (and occasional Scotland) to service a wide range of modern equipment for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Service, repair and maintain state‑of‑the‑art machinery including EPOS, printers, white goods, ATMs, vending and coffee machines.
• Visit multiple customer sites across the UK, primarily Monday‑to‑Friday with occasional night assignments.
• Complete full specialist training programme provided by the employer.
• Maintain accurate service records and report any issues to the central team.

Required profile

• Electrical qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a field service role covering EPOS, printer, white‑goods, retail, ATM, vending‑machine or coffee‑machine equipment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
