About the role
We are seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join a rapidly growing market leader. The role is home‑based, covering a local patch in the North East of England (Leeds, Sheffield, Hull, York and surrounding areas) and includes a comprehensive training programme.
Key responsibilities
- Perform mechanical servicing and product repairs on customer equipment.
- Travel to client sites within the assigned area while using a company‑provided van.
- Shadow experienced engineers during the training period to develop technical competence.
- Document service activities and report any issues to the engineering team.
Required profile
- Mechanical or engineering background.
- Experience in service or maintenance work is advantageous.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Willingness to undertake full training and work flexible hours, including overtime.
