Field Visual Merchandiser – Scotland & North England

About the role

We are looking for a Field Visual Merchandiser to support leading beauty brands across Scotland and North England. You will own a regional portfolio, driving product launches, coaching store merchandisers and ensuring visual standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Visit stores across the assigned region to merchandise new product launches and range changes.
• Audit merchandising standards, planogram compliance and stock availability.
• Coach, train and support store merchandisers, providing feedback and troubleshooting issues.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and client contacts.
• Produce reports and photographic evidence after each visit.

Required profile

• Retail experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience coaching, training or developing colleagues.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own region.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle; willing to travel and occasional overnight stays.
