FIG M&A Associate – Leading Global Advisor

About the role
We are seeking a motivated FIG M&A Associate to join a leading global advisory team. The role is based in London and offers the chance to work on live transactions within the Financial Institutions Group, supporting both corporate and investment‑bank clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage live M&A transactions from inception to completion.
- Oversee the production of marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation.
- Develop strategic ideas and solutions for client mandates.
- Support senior bankers in maintaining and expanding client relationships and generating new business.
Required profile
- Associate‑level experience in FIG M&A, investment banking, a boutique advisory, Big 4 advisory, or corporate M&A.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering high‑quality work.
- Ambitious, dynamic and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
