Final QA and RMA Inspector

About the role

Our client in Luton is looking for an experienced Final QA and RMA Inspector to ensure product quality and manage returned merchandise. The role is permanent and based on‑site, offering a competitive salary and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect PCB assemblies to IPC‑A‑610 Class 3 standards and box‑build products using customer drawings.
• Issue certificates of conformity for finished goods and perform goods‑inwards inspection of PCBs, metal and plastic parts.
• Evaluate returned products, identify required repair or rework and complete RMA reports for customers.
• Audit products against build instructions and IPC‑A‑610 standards, logging any deviations.
• Highlight process gaps or improvements to supervision and ensure strict adherence to defined procedures.

Required profile

• Understanding of Factory Logix (Aegis) and component knowledge/identification.
• Ability to read and follow customer drawings.
• ESD awareness and experience compiling First Article Inspection reports (AS9102).
• Current IPC‑A‑610 certification (desirable).
