Finance Account Executive – Commercial Finance

About the role

The Finance Account Executive will join a respected commercial finance brokerage, helping professional services firms and SMEs secure tailored funding solutions. You will build and maintain client relationships, generate new business and ensure compliance with FCA regulations. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships, discussing renewals and future funding needs.
• Prospect and contact potential clients to identify financing requirements and convert leads into business.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and promote relevant financial products.
• Maintain accurate records and keep the CRM system up to date.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
• Handle inbound enquiries and direct them appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Proven track record of converting leads into business.
• Confident making outbound calls and building relationships over the phone.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and target‑driven.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
