Key responsibilities

• Lead finance and actuarial working groups and committees.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the market.
• Deliver strategic projects and market‑wide initiatives.
• Analyse financial data and produce insightful reports and presentations.
• Support financial planning, budgeting and resource management.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified.
• Strong understanding of insurance finance and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of actuarial disciplines and capital management.
• Experience managing projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical and relationship‑building skills.
