Finance Administrator – Full Time (Onsite, Willerby/Hull)

About the role

Adecco is supporting a rapidly growing organisation in the Willerby area and is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join their busy finance team. This role offers a fast‑paced environment for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys delivering accurate and efficient financial administration support.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain financial records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and payment processing.
• Support credit control activities, monitoring outstanding payments and customer accounts.
• Handle account, billing, and finance‑related queries from customers and colleagues.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and general finance administration duties.
• Support month‑end processes and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with the wider finance team to improve processes and maintain accurate financial information.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Finance Administrator, Accounts Assistant or similar finance support role.
• Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confidence working with financial systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team.
